The Riders Quadrant

The Riders Quadrant is the most dangerous of all the quadrants. Students in the Riders Quadrant face many physically and mentally challenging obstacles in order for a chance to bond with a dragon. This is the only division that only allows volunteers to join, not conscripts (there’s one exception to this rule–only children of the rebellion/marked ones are conscripted).
