Wyvern

Violet first learned about wyvern in her childhood folklore books that her dad would read to her. They were believed to be fictional creatures until the end of Fourth Wing. Wyvern are similar to dragons, but larger. They have only two feet instead of four, two wings, a mane of razor-sharp feathers streaking down their necks, and a taste for humans. Dragons don’t prefer the taste of humans.
