The Scribe Quadrant is one of the divisions of Basgiath War College. Scribes record history and receive information from the front lines of battle. It’s noted by Violet’s dad in a flashback/dream that the scribes have the most power of all the quadrants. This is the quadrant that Violet trained most of her life to join. The entrance is located at the central tunnel which leads to the archives below the fortress.
